Sips and Steaks at RARE Steakhouse

On July 23, RARE teams up with Jackson Family Wines to showcase a variety of sips from a collection of esteemed wineries and vineyards paired with dry-aged steaks and local seafood. A Master Sommelier from JFW will be onsite to discuss the wines, which hail from the likes of Freemark Abbey and Siduri, among others. Bites from Chef Marc Hennessy offer a glimpse into RARE's deep selection of dry-aged meats, many sourced from local farms, including grass-fed Highland Orchard ribeye and Autumn Olive rose veal - both of Virginia - as well as seared line-caught tuna and raw bar items from Mid-Atlantic waters.

Tickets are $49/person for unlimited wine and food.
